QuickInvoice stores only what it needs to create and deliver invoices: your name, email, company details, customer contacts, invoice contents, and uploaded logos. Invoice PDFs and customer records belong to your account and are not shown to ordinary administrators.

Secure invoice links expire after 14 days. Passwords are hashed. We do not sell customer lists. Support messages are stored so we can reply.
